No more waiting for paper copies– the AlphaLAW-Uno electronic SDLT 5 Certificate has arrived.
AlphaLAW continues to enhance its AlphaLAW-Uno Case management solution with the addition of a fully electronic SDLT5 Land Transaction Return Certificate, which is yet another positive step in speeding up the property purchasing process for law firms.
Another new feature to be added to the already extensive list is a URU authentication. This is an age and identity verification solution for UK citizens and removes the need for a manual identity verification check. It electronically matches information against more primary data sources to help combat the world's fastest growing criminal activity, Money Laundering and Identify Fraud.

To use the URU facility law firms have to sign up with the GB Group who operate the service.
